Born in Staffordshire (UK), Emilia attended Castle House School in Shropshire, which ignited her love of acting as she studied and performed in a variety of Shakespearean plays, including Twelfth Night.
Moving on to Newport Girls High School, acting took a backseat as she was encouraged to pursue science, leading her to study BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science at Plymouth University. She obtained as much acting and modelling experience as possible whilst studying, before graduating and focusing solely on developing her creative talents - as well as acting and modelling experience, she has an ABRSM Grade 5 certification in Classical Singing, and a BADC Standard qualification in Stage Combat. She is also a published poet.
Emilia’s acting work has been shown in a variety of festivals around the world including Cannes, Berlinale, BFI Flare Festival, Outfest Los Angeles, and Rio Festival de Gênero & Sexualidade no Cinema, as well as on BBC One and BBC America.
Emilia now resides in Toronto, where she is focusing on honing her craft, whilst working part-time as a videographer. She is currently developing projects in both factual entertainment, and dramatic fiction.
As well as acting, Emilia also enjoys modelling. Photos of Emilia have been displayed in Brides, and Wed magazines, Property Paper Plymouth, and also in exhibitions at OXO Tower (London), Plymouth College of Art, and Falmouth University. Please check out her modelling portfolio for more images.
